• Unilaterally read/hear/watch exact thoughts or memories of a target
• Extend telepathic communication beyond one floor of the building
• Force his way into someone's mind via psychic means

SCHULDIG MAY:

• Behave as a human lie detector by reading people's emotional states
• Communicate telepathically with one or many targets within range restraints
• Link the minds of several targets for a "conference call" within range restraints
• Send a mass-alert by pinging several minds at once, subject to player permission
• Make suggestions to a target on the level of intrusive thoughts
• Receive any thoughts/memories/information that a willing target chooses to transmit to him
• Receive any expertise or knowledge that a willing target chooses to share with him
• Seek mental solace in another person's mind, subject to player permission
